Mark McCann has revealed it cost him just £39,000 to repair his Bugatti Veyron, despite the hypercar requiring extensive work after it was damaged.
Speaking on the Cars and Money podcast, the YouTuber explained the surprisingly low figure was only possible because many of the companies involved did not charge for their work.

McCann said he was offered £1.75 million for his Bugatti by Carl Hartley, with similar examples now being advertised for around £2.2 million.
“Two valued it at 2 million and car valued it at 1.75. But well two valued it as a value and I valued it to buy it,” he explained.
Discussing the cost of repairing his own Bugatti, McCann admitted the amount of work involved was substantial.
“That’s the crazy thing. There was a lot of work done, a lot of work done… a lot of man hours, a lot of parts, but amazingly obviously a lot of those companies didn’t charge me.”

As you might know, Mark bought the hypercar for just under £1,000,000, filming the process from the beginning when the car was split in two.
