Mat Armstrong has taken delivery of the newly finished interior for his Bugatti Chiron rebuild, marking another major milestone in the high-profile project.
The YouTuber returned to E3 Customs to collect what he described as the “longly awaited interior” before preparing to install it into the car.

The completed cabin features a bespoke purple and white colour scheme, centred around a standout steering wheel trimmed in purple.

Armstrong admitted he was initially unsure when first shown the design concept, but changed his view after seeing the finished result in person.
Speaking in the latest update, he said: “And here it is. A one-of-a-kind Bugatti Chiron interior.”

He added: “When Alex showed me the design of this, I wasn’t too sure, but now that I’ve seen it in person, this is definitely going to stand out and be so unique. I love it.”

The steering wheel and airbag detailing were among the first completed elements shown, with Armstrong particularly pleased the team chose a full purple finish rather than black trim with purple accents.
He said: “I’m glad we went with the purple steering wheel because like we come in earlier and we were just going to have black and then purple trim and purple there, but now that looks mega.”

The seats also feature contrasting white and purple upholstery, continuing the custom theme throughout the cabin.
Armstrong was also told the repaired sections would be invisible once installed, saying the damaged area beneath the airbag had been fully restored.

With the retrim now complete, the next stage of the Chiron project is fitting the bespoke interior back into the rebuilt hypercar.
