Lando Norris conquered the streets of Singapore once again, securing his third career Grand Prix victory. But it wasn’t all smooth sailing as the McLaren star held his nerve after a couple of heart-stopping moments when he brushed the walls.
But ultimately, nothing could stop him from taking the win. Starting from pole, Norris looked unstoppable, but fans got a scare when he locked up his brakes and kissed the barriers mid-race, with his front wing dangerously close to damage.

It seemed like the Brit’s hopes might be dashed. Yet, in typical Norris fashion, he stayed cool and collected, shrugging off the minor scrape. Later, a rear tire grazed the barrier again, but Norris kept his foot down and cruised to an easy win.
Max Verstappen, the dominant force of this season, could do little to catch up. The Red Bull driver had a relatively uneventful race, managing to hold off Lewis Hamilton at the start, but was never really a threat to Norris. He crossed the line second but still maintains a significant lead in the championship standings.

Meanwhile, Norris’ teammate Oscar Piastri had a stellar race of his own, moving up from fifth to finish third. The young Australian passed both Mercedes drivers—first Hamilton, then George Russell—to claim the final podium spot, capping off another impressive performance after his win in Azerbaijan last week.
