The design centres on delivering a quintessential AMG driving experience through precise control, intuitive operation and an environment intended to maximise driver engagement.

The interior places particular emphasis on a low sports-car seating position that mirrors the focused driving sensation familiar from the two-door AMG GT.
This layout integrates the driver deeply within the vehicle structure while retaining the usability expected from a four-door grand tourer.

A key feature of the cabin is the centre console, where three dedicated rotary controls allow drivers to adjust core driving dynamics parameters instantly.
These controls manage response, slip and cornering behaviour, enabling the car’s character to be adapted quickly to different driving situations.
The system, known as AMG RACE ENGINEER, brings together several dynamic vehicle settings to provide a high level of control for experienced drivers.

By combining sports-car ergonomics with grand-touring comfort, Mercedes-AMG describes the interior as bringing together the defining traits of both segments.

A spokesperson said, “In the new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé, we have consistently focused every interior detail on performance and implemented it with the highest precision.
“Even when stationary, the interior already showcases what the future GT 4-Door is capable of, making the vehicle’s driving dynamics immediately tangible. It creates maximum control and enables a typical AMG driving experience that gets the pulse racing.”
