Armstrong revealed the purchase comes after years of travelling between the UK and the US, often relying on temporary accommodation and workshop space.

He explained that repeated visits and rising hotel costs prompted the decision to secure a permanent base.
“My journey over the past 5 years has been amazing and you have all been on this path with me. But now im about to take my next big leap in buying a home away from home out in Florida, Miami.”
The property is located more than 4,500 miles from his UK base and places him in a region known for its supercar culture and growing automotive scene.
“I’ve just bought my dream house this time in Miami,” he said.

Armstrong’s connection to the area developed through collaborations with US-based creator Tavarish, who previously provided workshop space and accommodation.

These projects included building a Porsche GT3 in the US, which ultimately remained there due to high import costs.

Ongoing work in America, combined with friendships and access to facilities, strengthened his ties to Miami.
“We were traveling to and from the US a lot. And I love the place. It felt like a home away from home, even if I didn’t have a house here yet.”
The decision to buy was further influenced by long-term projects such as rebuilding a Bugatti Chiron, which required extended stays.

Armstrong also cited financial advice from his family as a factor behind the investment.

“My dad has always told me, “My money will always be safe in a house.””
The new property is expected to serve as both a residence and a base for future automotive builds in the US.
